::I have been looking for a gym like this place for the longest time, and it made my month finding this place. The pool is probably the best one I have found in central Wellington, it's combination of salt water and chlorine is really great on your skin and doesn't leave you smelling like a chlorine for the rest of the day. The staff is super friendly, the changing rooms are spacious and always clean, I could go on and on. Basically this place is great.

::I was introduced to Synergy Fitness by a colleague who couldn’t speak highly enough of both the trainers and the Gym. I never really liked the whole gym environment, but went and had a look, signed up and haven’t looked back. The Trainers are awesome, they will happily adapt to different fitness/ability levels and are super encouraging and the general atmosphere is fun, friendly and supportive. I’ve been going to the small group classes for about 6 months now and love it – highly recommend!
