::Poor management. Got there at 10.30am as I had an hour glucose test and they close at 12pm leaving me enough time. No one was at the front counter to explain what my text was for. I had to scan a number and wait for it to be called. Then when it was my turn and someone called my name which was at 11.10am I was told there is not enough time and I had inform the staff of my 1 hour test on arrival. Very disappointing. As I was waiting for a while and the front desk was unattended. The lady made it out to be my fault for not informing anyone. If there was someone there to inform I would have done so. I understand they are busy but don't blame people for your poor management.
