  I went to purchase a mattress, looking around the shop staff appeared nonchalant; I laid down on a bed then at the same time a staff member came out from the warehouse door, saw me and said hello. I explained what I was looking for. The staff member then explained I could possibly get a better deal than the advertised price on the mattress I was looking at. The price was right, I purchased the product. If not for the staff member coming out of the warehouse, noticing me and offering a discount without prompt I would have gone back to Beds R us!

  Amazing customer service! We spent over 2 hours deciding on furniture and Luke was super patient and had great product knowledge. Best value for money in the Waikato. Beautiful on trend, good quality furniture. Thanks Luke, we will definitely be buying from you in the future!
