  Best hostel I have stayed in for a while. Great little touches such as hot water bottles and blankets. Twin room was great with comfy beds. Big kitchen area to prepare food with conplimentary breakfast and tea/coffee. Although a little warm the log burning stove was very cosy.

  lovely hostel located in lovely Nelson! such a cozy main area with heaps of space to play board games, read, or make new friends. after a tiring 3 day journey along Abel Tasman coastal Track - this was the perfect place to wind down, rest, shower, do some washing, and the best part was the chocolate pudding with ice cream at night 😋 cheers !!

  It’s clean, it’s cosy, the staff is so helpful and funny. Feels like home! Love it!!! Thank you for making my 2 month stay in Nelson perfect.

  The atmosphere in this hostel is one of the best. Staff is very nice and facilities are good! As stated earlier the walls are a bit thin but it didn’t bother me. This place really let me feel at home.

  Definitely my favourite hostel in New Zealand! Really chilled out vibe, two guitars in the lounge, excellent staff, daily cleaning, free chocolate pudding and ice cream every night, and free breakfast in the off season. I met some really awesome people when I stayed here for three weeks. Abel Tasman is just a day trip away and there is good mountain biking in the area as well
