::Best place ever for a hot soak. Not cool on long weekends could not get a carpark despite trying 3 different times. So did not get to use 3 day pass fully.

::Relaxation is the first word which comes into my mind when I remember about the experience at this place. The hot water pools here are really amazing. One is a natural hot water pool which has a heat level of 40 Celsius approximately. I visited this place at night. It is also open in the afternoon. Closes at around 9:30 p.m. as I recall. 25NZ$ per adult is the approximate cost. If you want to experience more adventure you can pay 7NZ$ extra and go on the tube ride. It's a scary but fun ride. If you are old or not fit please don't go on it. SPA facilities are also available. You need to contact this place and put an appointment prior to your arrival if you wish to do a spa treatment. Spa treatment packages range from 60NZ$ upwards. A Must visit location. Highly recommend!!!

::Cost our family of six $91 (3 kids on the slides) to get in. Kids left shoes under a table & they were stolen quickly ($120 worth). Lady cashier was nice, but there was no follow up call to tell us if they had been found (or not), or offer to check camera footage. Police checked footage for us & cameras didn't cover table areas... Pretty disappointing. So beware if you go to these pools never leave anything unattended!

::Always great. Lovely big pools. Options for private pools too. Spa and massage is good. Probably be nice for food and drink options by the pool. And it feels a little tired and old. I've been going for years and there's been no real investment in the changing areas. Still the best opt-in in talk though.

::Went to Taupo for holiday. My son very excited about the water slides. However please note that one water slide that has a 1.2m height and 90kg weight restriction. This applies to all water slides when no one is monitoring them due to too many accidents. I was 2kg over and not allowed on any water slides. This isn't advertised on website. I don't understand this and not when I've tavelled out of town, it was very quiet that some staff were just standing talking to each other. They were not prepared to monitor the slides upon request so I could go down 2/3 water slides. They were prepared for others to break the rules and group together down the slides. Disappointed and won't be back. The heated pools and water playground were good but I really came for my son and the water slides.
