  Disappointed... estimate on dogs surgery bumped up by nearly $300 at check in... staff member told me I “could have shopped around”!!! Thanks...would have been good advice if it wasn’t too late. Looking for a vet who cares more about the animal than money!!!

  I have been to both the Papamoa Village and Cameron Road Veterinary Practices and been pleasantly surprised at both. The staff are friendly and greet one with a warm smile, are helpful, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and professional even over the 'phone. I always have the distinct impression that the absolute best that could have been done for my pet/s, was done during the visit.

  The staff are friendly and willing to give advice about things..... I have also been to the one out at Te Puna and it doesn't matter where I go all that starff are friendly ....... one of the best vets I have been to in the time I have been living here in tauranga
