  Taurus Logistics have shipped a caravan from Jacksonville USA to New Zealand for me. The whole experience was exceptional for me. Once I had brought the caravan Taurus took over with everything from organising the date they wanted it at Port to arrival in NZ. They even paid all the fee's, GST, Duty, customs, MPI and everything else and supplied me with a very itemised account in NZ dollars for me to pay. Nothing was a problem to them and Karen my shipping agent was very quick to answer any queries I had. I would not hesitate to use Taurus Logistics for any further shipping in the future.

  Taurus shipped a 3 week old pristine motorhome from the UK for me. When it turned up in NZ it had grease/oil over the new white upholstery throughout and there was urine sprayed all over the bathroom. Later discovered two of a window's latches were broken. Cost $790 to fix and was only offered $150 by the manager in Court. Would not use them again!

  Not even worth one star to be honest. Price quoted was vastly different to what Christchurch NZ ended up billing me. Then they had the temerity to ask for more money after the final invoice. Threatening with Ombudsman was the only way to deal with these sharks. No integrity whatsover. Customer service and honesty goes a long way Taurus! You would have to be the most dishonest, disdainful company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Just awful! PS.. Car was actually shipped December/January 2016 so just over two years ago when I first wrote review Taurus! Why say over three years when it wasn't?? Still dishonest, nothing's changed.

  I used Taurus logistics to import a classic car from Australia to New Zealand. This was my first time importing a car and the service they provided was amazing. Fast communication and they stuck to the time frame as well as the quote they provided. Thanks all :)

  We moved our precious car from Australia to NZ and were kept up to date with everything along the way. Communication lines were always open and she arrived soundly in NZ when we expected her.
