::A very frustrating and disappointing experience with Thai 2 Go, we paid up front (ordered online) for delivery. We waited over an hour, with no phone call. We had to ring to see what the story was, we were told the driver couldn’t find our house - all with no apology or compensation. We feel that had we not called, they would have forgotten about it. After some back and forth, the driver set off for a second time to find our house - we asked that they don’t knock on the door, but instead call as we are staying in an AirBnB. Claiming their phone was flat, we were told to wait outside. Food finally arrived an hour and a half after ordering, cold with a feeble apology. It’s safe to say we will not be returning to Thai 2 Go.
