  Great service. Prompt and efficient. Reasonably priced. No fuss. In a busy pedestrian area so was a little difficult to access in vehicle. Accessible entrance.

  great service from Ashley at Front of House, she was informative and friendly, explained what may be wrong, how they could fix it, pro's and con's of the cure. Who ever worked on it in the workroom, was very quick, from drop-off to pick up, a whole 24hrs. Brilliant! Have bought a number of items through the Apple guy, and they have paid for themselves in quality, particularly the refurbished gear.

  Great service and result with an iPhone 6s screen replacement. Despite appearing very busy, they were surprisingly fast and had completed the job within 2 hours of dropping it off. I’ve had screens repaired in the past at other locations and by comparison this is a far, far superior result. My only complaint, and it was the same elsewhere, is the need for access to the phone. Yep, they want your PIN and they want it without any written contract between you and them. I get that they need to test the phone but I think this should be done in front of the customer as much as possible, rather than requesting your PIN. In my case I couldn’t initially supply the PIN anyway as it was my wife’s phone so had to supply it when I had learnt this and was picking it up. Even then, it was whisked away into some out of sight area for several minutes as it was, tested. This is a problem. These days our personal moments and our identities are kept and detailed on these devices. This is not like handing over a car. It’s like letting someone into your house with free reign to see whatever they want, without supervision. For most, that’s your bank details, your photos, your contacts... Whatever. It’s not that I don’t trust them. It’s that I have no reason to trust them. And why should I? ...All that said though. Great service and excellent work. It’s just a shame we have to compromise our privacy.

  I came in yesterday and they were really nice. Went above and beyond to make sure they could help replace my screen and the phone's body as that had also been damaged. Was able to pick up the phone in the afternoon and it looks like new now; super pleased! As long as things go well with the warranty (and I see no reason for it not to), I would recommend the Apple Guy to others looking to get their phones fixed!
