  I very seldom give out 1-Star ratings, as they are reserved for establishments with the lowest conceivable level of quality and service. We ordered two 'Tropical Smoothies' which were terribly made. There was excessive coconut and tasted very sour. To their credit, they offered us another drink (this time a Mango Smoothie). This was even worse than before. The mango was mixed with remnants of strawberry, chocolate, coconut, banana, and pineapple from the machine. I assume the container was not cleaned before making the mango smoothie. The taste of mango was missing totally. The smoothie was watery. Staff were dismissive and rude. It was no coincidence that there was only one other person at the cafe, given their shockingly poor service and quality. It beggars belief that this establishment won a Retail Excellence Award from the Mall Management. It is very hard to imagine anything else worse than this establishment.

  Always helpful, friendly staff at Coffee Club Queensgate! They know my order before I ask! They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. It is such a good start to the day, I go there every morning (sometimes more) and highly recommend this shop to everyone!
