  I had been coming to the Core for the last 4 year and Was very happy with all repairs in the passed. I have left you a great review 4 years ago and even got you beers I was so happy repairs. This time was terrible was told I would have my laptop back within 3 working days. It ended up being 3 weeks later! I even came in after 2 phone calls as I really needed my laptop back. They told me 3 separate times laptop would ready with in the next 2 days sadly all times you give were wrong hugely. Don't give false dates if you can't deliver. Feel I was put to the back of the list in the to hard basket. What happened to The Core Newton. I don't normally leave bad feedback. Won't be back there are plenty of other laptop repair business around.

  Best service ever! I'd been putting off getting my phone screen repaired but I wouldn't have if I'd known how easy it was. These guys picked up my phone, repaired it, and dropped it back not only on the same day, but the same MORNING. Absolutely amazing. Thanks so much

  these guys repairs my smashed s7 edge no worries, after a few of the other places I rang refused. they did a great job and communicated well during the entire process. thanks!!

  Agree with the beware comment!!! This place is shocking repaired iPhone 6s on a Sunday. On the same day the touch started playing up, I had to turn my phone off every time to get screen touch work again. Next day was lifting out of the phone. Called to tell them , so there would be a record, on Thursday fell 1 inch out of my pocket on back (not on the screen)on to chair I was sitting on smashed the screen. Called and they told me to go in , took it in and they reackon it was physical damaged and voided warranty .Manager to call me back but had to call myself. Still gave me the same excuse !!! For $160 this is appalling !!!!
