  The receptionist is very rude on the phone.it takes a long time to get results and you have to chase them up to get it. They also don’t stick to the time frame they provided. Won’t recommend this clinic at all.

  I find this surgery & care received all excellent. The receptionists are extremely obliging & always pleasant. K Sometimes it is how the patient presents that can elicit a less than satisfactory perceived response. I find that I do have to wait a longer time to see my GP as he is extremely popular. He is an excellent practitioner who takes his time with his patients & therefore can get a bit behind. I am quite prepared to accept this when I know I will receive a thorough consultation

  I have been seeing these doctors for the past 2 months and every time i visit i have to wait long periods of time, then when i finally get to see the doctor they seem like they dont actually care or try to understand what i am going through, i have been suffering lower back pains and thought that paying more for a 'better experienced doctor' would help my situation and get me better results, instead they sent me away saying nothing is wrong, so i seeked a second opinion which lead to me having to make appointments with and chiropractor... so all in all very disappointed as i just wasted quite a bit of my money to be dismissed as all fine when truth is im not. I would not recommend paying for these doctors.

  I called to book and appointment and the receptionists were so rude! The doctors were dismissive and after waiting 40 mins for my late appointment, I saw the doc for 5 mins.

  Every time I leave feeling worse than when I arrived. Today I left and immediately went to another clinic, paid casual rate for a second opinion and got a much better consult and plan for my health. Then I enrolled at that clinic!
