  I'm very impressed with the service. I have been trying to get a new visa for China during the COVID19 period, which is a new, complex process, and the consulate department has been fantastic. They responded to my emails very quickly with clear information, even responding outside of office hours.

  Impossible to call embassy. Number is a fax machine. When you do get through it is an automated system no one picks up the phone. Very frustrating

  The Visa Office is not here!!!! If you want to have a visa or consultation, you should go to 4 Halswell Street(Next to the American Embassy). The visa office is not in this place! ! If you want to do visa replacement passport business, you have to go to 4 Halswell Street!

  They have moved to 4 Halswell St! Repeat, they moved to 4 Halswell St, you could only find a shut door if you comes to here, so don’t waste time at here. And always remember to bring a cheque. They no longer use efpos in their new location

  Normal opening hour is MonWedThu 9:00-11-30a.m. 2:00-4:00p.m. TueFri 9:00-11:30a.m. If during renovation time, the location might change. We need to ask before go. :) Great place overall!
