  I am absolutely appalled with the way my partner was treated by the artist the other day. The girls on front counter were absolutely lovely which was the only saving grace. My partners sister is currently in hospital back home in the U.K. and with her sisters up and coming birthday she wanted to get a piece of jade carved into a necklace for good health. Having found what she thought may possibly be Jade, she brought the stone into this store to clarify if it was jade or not and if so, to have carved into something special for her sister. Instead what happened was the artist was completely heartless and very rudely told her it was not Jade and that if it was that easy to come by then it wouldn’t be so expensive. She was so rude to my partner that she left the shop in absolute tears. Fair enough, the stone was not jade, but that’s beside the point. The artist was just plain out rude and no one deserves to be spoken to how my partner was that day. Disgusting.

  Really friendly owners, who took our 2 young kids behind the scenes to show them how different pieces were made. Genuinely beautiful pieces and the kids love their necklaces. Thankyou :)

  Very good quality. Very good advice and really much to choose from. Real Jade not imported.
