  Got through to the owner - Bruce of The Lockdoctor. Enquired for a callout and had his guy on the way. I called again to cancel the callout 5 minutes after enquiring simply because I could sort out the issue myself with a help of a mate. Called in and apologised for any inconvenience caused and was told I “wasted their time!” and was hung up on. This is not professional at all and will not recommend these guys. Very poor service 👍🏼

  Great Service only 30 minute wait at North City Porirua. It wasn't explained fully, that they needed to ger into mum's car for assessing and transfer of digital info from the car ignition to her new digital remote control with new key. Achieved 100% exactly what was asked for. It saved me a fair bit of money from quote mum got from car dealer.

  They came on time, and did everything quick and well. Fixed a bunch of little things for a good price. Changed our locks so same key opens all. So convenient

  Such a good service! We locked our sleeves out of home, Russ was to us within half an hour and in the house so fast! Stress-less process and very well priced. Would highly recommend and use again :)
