  Bought a grab one voucher for a deep tisue massage receptionist was vary rude. Pushy and unwelcoming. Massage was vary avarage have had deep tisue massages before but this was mostly just a hand and leg rub

  Great massage few minor issues. The flys while waiting were annoying tap water post massage obviously tap water and tepid

  This is the best massage I have ever got,the staff were super friendly and made me feel very relaxed.The place was nicely decorated and the massage room was very clean and private.I will recommend this spa to all my friends and I will definitely return again soon.

  Terrible place. I have been to alot of salons and spas around the world and never experienced such a terrible customer service. I understand I was late but when they rang to check I apologised and cross checked if it was still okay to come and the women on the phone said yes it was absolutely fine. When I got there the lady on the reception was so cold and rude and the women who did my treatment said there was $5 surcharge for coming late and I was completely okay with and apologized numerous times. But when I came to pay suddenly the surcharge was $25 although I was disappointed I paid that and when I queried the rude women on reception said you were late it's okay if you never come here again and had no courtesy on her face. It was not the money it's the rude attitude that upset me even more. How can someone be so rude and awful, she must be really sad in herself. P.S I have been to this salon couple of years ago it was amazing at the time and since I have moved to the area and saw the voucher pop up so thought going to the tried place. Unfortunately I will never ever go back again and will suggest the same to everyone I know. This was worst level of customer experience anyone could dish out.
