  Medicine shouldn't only be available to patients with less than 12 months to live. Have some compassion, stop being nasty. Don't punish sick people because of hate and stupidity.

  If you have a GP in a poor area, you'll pay $18 for an appointment. But if you're poor and unwell and live in a middle-class area, you'll pay $40-$60. Many rich people get cheap medical care. Companies must actively promote their drugs to a division of MOH to get approval. Patients must actively lobby to get even minor funding for life-changing and life-saving drugs. Employees are well looked after and can afford the medicines that are over priced for average people. Bad spending policies by incompetent staff leads to many deaths.
