::Visited for a bird feeder and wild bird seeds. Helpful staff and good prices - with discounts. Store felt a little empty but I'll visit again. Perhaps the store was too big for its needs.

::Went here to buy goldfish. Some fish were swimming on their sides or like they were having air bladder problems and 2 were dead floating at the top. The sales person refused to sell us goldfish unless we treated our tank with their chemical for 4 days to prepare it for fish because they said animal welfare was their priority. Strange considering their fish were in such sad condition. If you want goldfish, go to the Miramar pet shop since you will get healthier fish and better care advice :)

::Went in there on Sunday it was very busy. Huge line at the till because only one person serving who was very slow. He eventually had to go get one of the other four people in the store to help who were standing around "helping customers". We needed to try a harness on our dog and couldn't seem to get a person to help us as they were to busy paying aretention to two other dogs that came in that didn't need help. I am on crutchers so it's hard as it is. He eventually walked off and someone else came up to help. We asked him about the dog Leeds and if they had a black one in 90cm he didn't know what we were talking about and honestly looked like he was under the influence. He stood there umming and aahing for about 20 seconds before another person came over by that time I had found the lead myself. Eventually got to the counter and was served by a girl who sold us the wrong sized harness which we didn't figure out until we got home. Now we have to go all the way back out there and hopefully they will exchange it as we don't have the tags. It's seemed like the staff had all had a big night and we're hungover and not knowing how to handle a busy rush of people.
