Great motel, staff are friendly, rooms are clean. So central to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent three nights in a two bedroom apartment on floor 16. Pros: Very close to CBD and easy to get to anywhere we needed to be. In room washing machine/dryer was very helpful. Average sized bedrooms Friendly staff Staff were quick to shut down a very loud party upstairs once we called reception and informed them. Cons: Cot hire was $25 a night - an absolute rip off that we had to spend $75 for three nights. Rooms were much older looking then appears in the photos online. They are in need of a major freshen up. Bathroom is absolutely tiny. Buffet breakfast was pretty minimal, especially compared to others in Auckland which have cost the same per person. Overnight valet car parking at $35 from 4pm- 9am the following morning is crazy considering it has been free everywhere else we have stayed. Overall it was overpriced and we were underwhelmed.

Lovely place! Not what I expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful, dinner and breakfast were yummy. The spa was nice however could have been another 5 degrees hotter, it wasn’t too warm. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks guys!!

Great view and really central, the room is literally a box however it is great for a place to just lay your head for the night of that's all you need. We stayed for two nights and the room wasnt serviced, I had to ask twice for clean towels and rubbish to be emptied etc. Also big thing to note is that parking at the hotel is $35 per night!! Ridiculous!

I loved this place, Garry @ the front desk looked after me so well, he even upgraded my room to the 2 bedroom premium for the same price of a normal room, apart from the bar staff management needs improving on, he just threw my hot bowl of chips on the table and just walked away. The lady on the bar staff her name was Maggie she was super amazing too! Would recommend thus place and I will be back!
