  arrived to a nice clean, nope tidy, nope immaculate room. Everything was sparkling and we'll laid out. Complimentary paper, 2 TVs, well laid out kitchenette. The two pools had crystal water and the pool walls were clean, none of the unpleasant slime that some pols have. On site parking, which is very handy. A view of the mountains, and a walk way down to the lake. Freezing outside, but we were nice and warm. Managed to have a chat with the manager, nice guy, very approachable. 10/10 would stay there again.

  Me and my partner stayed there to celebrate our engagement. We were excited to spend a couple of days relaxing and enjoying the structure. It turned out to be a nightmare! We booked a room with pool and lake view for two nights and paid 250$. The first night everything was perfect, until the morning after. The lady at the reception... ENTERED OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING to tell us we had to check out! I was shoked! she didn't even knocked before entering, nothing at all. Me and my partner bounced out of the bed scared! The lady at the reception was accusing us of overstaying, when we actually booked for two nights. She kicked us out pointing the finger at us, we felt so uncomfortable. No idea what customer service is. This is not the treatment you expect from a four-star hotel, I haven't been treated like that even in a backpacker hostel! Horrible experience, getaway ruined.

  What an amazing experience. The staff and owners are so welcoming and always make sure our comfort was their utmost priority. We had a slight issue with the room and they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back.

  In the past 5 years I have been here 4 times now and I really enjoy the place, very consistent. Reception 5/5 - Very clean and the couple there are very welcoming and nice, makes you feel at home. Rooms 5/5 - Very clean and smells nice. Bathroom/toilet 4/5 - clean and up to shape (only issue here is, I noticed that the spa bath needs a little scrub). Linens and other necessities 4.5/5 - the place is clean but I did found a dead cricket by the window, no drama though as it might have snuck in the night before but I had no itchy bites and also no dirty dishes (take note if you're on a budget, they have a stove top, pots and pans)! "What ever the room cleaners are doing here they are doing a very good job! 👍" Pool and garden 3.5/5 - The garden is up to shape and remained the same since 5 years ago, heated pool is clean but they really need to change the water in the spa pool there is just quite a bit of floaties in there. Beach chairs and BBQ is also available Overall I'd give the place 4.5 out of 5 stars. Looking forward to coming back to this place.
