  We enjoyed our stay at the Roost, the room is lovely, with nice finishes and stylish decor. Ours Hosts, Linda and Hubby, were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.. top marks from us!

  The Roost was fully booked the weekend we needed but Linda very graciously arranged accommodation at another property under her care. The hosts there, Jim and Phyl, were lovely and made us feel like part of the family. Their property was in a delightful semi rural setting very close to town. The rooms and other facilities available to us were of a very high standard, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Linda is a fabulous host and we have no hesitation recommending The Roost to anyone looking for top notch accommodation in Waiuku...even if they are full, never fear, as Linda has a trick or two up her sleeve!!   Fabulous Bed & Breakfast. Spotless linen, super comfy beds, big suites and rooms. We had the entire house as we, (8 of us), were attending a family wedding. We are all related - but we still like our privacy and we had plenty at The Roost. Couldn't hear anyone else in the property move or snore! Excellent rooms, very well appointed and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. No traffic noise. Views over the garden and area, and chickens! No one was overlooking the house. Lovely courtyard for drinks, breakfast or dinner. Excellent breakfast both mornings, supplied by Linda and Graeme (the excellent hosts) Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. A Superior Bed and Breakfast!

  Amazing location, absolutely the best hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed here to attend a wedding locally but next time I'll book an extra night just so I can enjoy the room (the bed was out of this world comfy) the food (breakfast was just beautiful) and the view (incredible rural outlook and so peaceful). If you want the best then book in here. Thanks Linda and Graeme for an awesome experience. :-)
