  Fine. Mostly functional. No windows to most rooms. Tired rooms, cages for wardrobes.

  This is an odd place. Perhaps previously a commercial building that has been transformed into a hotel? (Given the layout and ceiling tiles..) To our surprise our room lacked a real window (window opened out into a void facing another room's wall). Therefore no fresh daylight or air (little fresh air from a supply air duct) which made it a tad claustrophobic. Other than that, it was clean and the location is hard to beat. Bus stop on the doorstep and walking distance to restaurant and bars. If it was cheaper it would justify the odd rooms, however a bit pricey for what you get.

  Small and dinky. My room had a single bed... But it had all the conveniences. Aircon, which was a bit noisy, a fan, also noisy. Definitely needed during my summer stay otherwise i would of cooked. The bathroom was clean. What more do you need for a central stay in Welly. Staff were polite and helpful also. Good for a short stay but not for a long one, just due to the rooms being so pokey.

  Clean and relatively comfortable. Some rooms have no real windows to outside which can be bit odd, also my room was extremely hot even with the small aircon unit running. Great location and pretty good value, overall

  Great location meaning I could walk everywhere. Everything I required for my four night stay. Microwave could have been a lot lower and not seven feet high. All in all a great central hotel for good price. Jan Ross Tenterfield Australia
