::Dreadful place rooms are poky, the so called restaurant defies description. Considering this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel there is no evidence of readiness, the menu tastes like packet, food from the supermarket. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee from the so called coffee shop yet it was advertised as being available. Staff would not assist in helping to cancel other bookings. Staff have no pride in their appearance.....uniforms un ironed, and on occasion way too small. Don't bother

::Excellent facilities and Excellent service, highly recommend to anyone. We felt instantly welcome and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you all the staff at the Victoria Hotel for such a great experience!

::Room was nice. Staff very helpful. Walls and ceiling required cleaning in room and breakfast was average at best

::Lovely hotel, spacious room, relatively clean, super comfy bed . Double glazing to keep the sound down. Reception lobby is very tidy and the staff welcoming. Only downside would be for $200 a night they then charged us $10 to use their car parks.

::Very clean and spacious. Great location. But the best thing is the staff. They were outstanding. Friendly and welcoming. Definitely first choice in Dunedin now ☺
