  I went to the store last Friday and requested a stock transfer from the Warehouse in Napier. Today I called to just ensure all is tracking well, when I spoke to the lady her excuse was we have struggled to get hold of the Napier branch. That's unacceptable two days to get hold of someone, is rather pathetic. I was advised originally that my Verona bar table and chairs will be here by Friday. If they havent bothered to get hold of the Napier branch, I find it highly unlikely they will meet there commitment......

  Thank You to the lovely young lady who helped me out with a new chain and handbag yesterday. The chain was for my silver cricket bat, and she showed the perfect chain for it. I have dealt with her, in the past, and she always has a smile and is very helpful. I think her name was Scarlett

  Quite a large store which is located upstairs in the Upper Hutt Mall. Good range of reasonably priced goods. The way things are going with the Warehouse Group at the moment, you may have to get in quick before they close this one down too.

  Amazing store. Recently I wanted indoor plants so I decided to buy the pots and plants from here. They turned out really well and are of good quality. Although I was happy with my purchase, the only thing I didn't like was the attitude from one of the staff. Other than that, I've purchased photo frames and shoes which were also great.
