  The energy of this place is amazing, the kindness, the dedication and professionalism. It is really a pleasure to go to yin yoga with Amy or Zara and to enjoy a mindfulness meditation with Meegan. Thank you ladies you certainly make a difference.

  I loved my experience at the Yoga Project. Zara and her team are amazing, you will be sweaty but refreshed. I took my mom with me, and our class was a perfect balance for beginners to intermediate students looking for a challenge. This was the absolute best way to start our day and you won't be disappointed! Thank you Zara!

  I have been doing yoga for a few years and I am amazed at Zara's ability to always kept the the classes new and challenging for every level. I have been coming to the yoga project since the day it opened and Zara has never repeated a class. She is amazing. I always learn something new. It just goes to show how much she loves yoga and how much preparation she does for her classes. I cant recommend the classes at the yoga project enough. Zara some how manages to give you exactly what you need every time. I always leave feeling fully stretched and very blissful.
