::Graeme Todd worked with us on the Wanaka Watersports Facility. The proposal for a building on the Wanaka lakefront, just the fourth such instance, was always going to be contentious, and we knew that a law firm with experience in resource management law was essential. From initial discussions with neighbours in 2011, through the consultation, submissions and hearing for the Wanaka Lakefront Reserves Management Plan, then our Resource Consent application in 2015 and hearing the next year, and finally representing us in the Environment Court appeal in 2017, Graeme and the team at GToddLaw (now Todd & Walker Law) offered practical, strategic and considered advice.
