  Got a good deal during the Easter sale. Staff were very aloof but for us that's exactly what we want, if we want assistance we will ask for it. Easy place to find and good parking. All in all a good experience

  As a regular customer I was really disappointed by the service at the K Rd store. A Torpedo 7 employee recommended a pair of surf booties to me, which turned out to not be surf booties at all, but reef shoes. I didn't know this until I used them in the ocean and found out that they didn't retain heat or keep the water out. I took them back to the store, and I couldn't get a refund because they had been worn. Typically I would understand those conditions, however because the employee had been the one to steer me in that direction, I felt as though I shouldn't have to pay for a product that was completely useless to me, and that they had convinced me to buy. I proceeded to buy another pair, but none of the employees were willing to be helpful or to amend the issue

  The staff are experienced and helpful- they really know what they are talking about. The deals are great and they sell great quality outdoor kit. What more could you ask for?

  After accidentally leaving my Trek-specific rear axle at home (5300km away), the bike workshop manager was super helpful and managed to work a miracle to get me riding again! Excellent product knowledge, great customer service, and for a great price too. A huge range of bike parts and accessories too. Highly recommended, thanks!
