This restaurant was the best I had ever been in! I was in a group of four and one order was mixed up but was resolved quickly and efficiently, they even shouted us a free drink for the mix up! Staff was friendly with our host (Mason) was polite and informed us with any questions we had! The food itself was as special as the restaurant itself! I had ordered ribs and oh my! A mountain of sticky ribs which was tender and peeled off easily was laid down in front of me with a scoop of crunchy chips underneath! It was a good price for what I had got, I ended up making it take-away because it was so huge! We recommend this place for a lovely night out and I would give it 8 stars if I could!

Good atmosphere but for a quiet night the food was average. Staff were lovely.

Good for a bunch of wedges and a hearty meal. Good selection of food and beers. Portions are large and can get quite noisy in here.

Very attractive restaurant with friendly staff and a wide variety of choices on the menu catering for food allergies and other special requests. The beer selection is also varied (as expected) and definitely a favourite. Prices may be on the higher end however the service and food justifies the cost.

So disappointed. I ordered steak with mash and gravy. The steak itself was tolerable, but the mashed potato was about the consistency of baby food, bordering on liquid, and the whole thing was drowned in a lake of bland gravy, so it was pretty much steak in a flavourless swamp. My husband's sausage and mash was similar- more like sausage in onion soup than sausage with mash and onion gravy. The service was about as indifferent as the meal. Left without risking dessert- not planning any return visits.
