Atmosphere was casual, warm, and welcoming. Staff were always very friendly and courteous. Facilities were clean and well maintained. After hours security presence was obvious.

A good lounge area, but that is where the good points end. Smoking area is adjacent to the lounge. They require a $20 room key deposit. The beds are just foam and are seriously deformed with large dips in the middle, leading to a sore back and a poor sleep. I decided to cancel my remaining booking and will book alternative accommodation.

The place is close to the bus/train/ferry terminal. The stuff is nice. But the room is miniature and the beds are so loud that when the guy under me moved I woke up. The kitchen is super small for the amount of people and not well equipped (only 1 sink and 1 cooker and not enough cups).

This hostel is okay, considering that you pay for wifi I was not really amused. And all in all it was too big for me. Another point is that my bed was not really clean. But I think it depends on who is going there. It was definitely nothing for me.

Pros: Great location Solid facilities Very secure Unlimited free WiFi, and it works everywhere I've been Friendly staff Clean Cons: Too hot in the rooms, especially on the top floors. Needs a fan or some kind of air circulation. Not the most comfortable beds, and they're a little noisy. Since your key only gets you into your floor, it can be hard to meet people staying in other areas. Toilet / shower are the same room with only a curtain in between, so bathroom floors are always wet. Pretty strict about no alcohol after 11pm. Power outlets are very far away from some beds.
