  Nice hotel. Large room but lacking amenities like moisturisers and cotton buds... Room also doesn't have Sky TV. But views are great.

  Stay for 2 nights . The room is good but the breakfast is not really nice , not too much food to eat and when i told them to heat my son’s food which I brought for him they said NO because they don’t help with any food not from them . Seriously???? I didn’t ask them to cook or to do anything take a long time , only put on the microwave and heat it but they still say NO . Even milk they won’t help to heat by microwave . So if you have a baby , think before book this hotel . I thought i will come back to stay in this hotel on the next trip cos I really like Tauraga , but now no way 🙃 . Anyway still love Tauranga .

  Had a room in the water. Woke up to sunrise across the lake. It was amazing. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Food is delicious, have had many meals there on multiple occasions. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  Fantastic hotel. Best in Tauranga. Very central. 5 minute walk to waterfront restaurants. Great rooms and very friendly staff. Small gym and a good pool.

  Stayed on 2nd floor overlooking water (therefore no train or parking lot issues), in a fairly recently updated room. Bed was very comfortable. Small patio (room for 2 adults only) to enjoy a glass of wine with the fab view. Our room included breakfast which was good with both hot and cold food. Gluten free options available too. Infinity pool on main floor beside that he conference rooms which look onto the pool patio. Infinity might be a stretch - it's not a very large or deep pool, and it seemed unheated which was a bummer since our weather wasn't great (not that they control it). AC in room worked and there was also a fan. The bathroom was a bit troublesome though. It is a room right off the bed, maybe a few feet at most, and the door is a sliding piece of frosted glass. No bathroom privacy at all so best be exceptionally intimate! The shower was good but a strange shape which left water all over the floor once finished. Housekeeping was prompt and the staff were all helpful and pleasant.
