  TSB Sporting Pavilion. The Annual M.W.W.L Conference was held here in September 2017. A fabulously spacious and comfortable auditorium was highly suitable to house our Conference. The Taranaki Branch of League members paid Host to over 1,000 Women Attendees and their travelling entourage that consisted of drivers, cooks and general 'dogsbodys'. The ever present TSB Staff ensured our safety and kept careful check and duly informed of their requirement and our behaviour whislt we where visiting. A local Catering Staff took care of our nourishment and kept us well feed and watered. As well there were a smorgasbord of Local and National Stall Holders selling 'wares' from all over New Zealand. Esteemed guest and Visiting Dignitaries made up the List of Key Speakers for the duration of the gathering. Listed among the notable ones where our own Youth Representatives who shared from the platform of their "Tomorrow" presenting their philosophies, their persinal desires, hopes and dreams that will propel them towards Future MWWL Initiatives. It was a spectacular end to the past year that saw Màori Women take our Ideals on though Governmental and Political arenas, into City Council chambers, offered up to Community and Education Board's, presented to our Health Institutions and more collectively embracing our Household's through Iwi, Hapu, Whànau structures. "Ngá mihi motuhake ki te Rohe o Taranaki. Koutou ko Te Mana o Te Tangata Whenua kei korà. Ngà mihi Maioha. Náku noa nà Ko peka nei ko Te Rongopai mai ki te Roopu Matua. No Tamaki Makaurau."

  This stadium is used for large gatherings. It is used for sports events like basketball, netball,school sport exchanges and boxing. It also hosts various live theatre shows. Different groups use it during the day. Line dancing classes for older people is one of them. It is also used for funerals which are too large for a normal church. We held a combined Catholic church gathering on Sunday 8th October which hosted around 1000 Catholics.. We used half the stadium for the actual Holy Mass and the other half was used for everyone to mingle and share finger foods and drinks afterwards. The seating is very plentiful and it combines comfortable chairs and stadium seating. There's also seating high up on the second level.There's a very adequate cafe which sells all types of hot foods , snacks and drinks for patrons. The toilets are clean and well maintained. It is wheelchair accessible and parking is plentiful as it is also caters for horse racegoers.
