  Good product range, but very poor customer service, staff and refund policy which doesn't exist. We purchased 6 items, one of them was too big, came back an hour later to exchange for a smaller size, but they didn't have a smaller size. I asked for a refund and was told no refund. Well, we'll keep it, but won't shop here again. So enjoy the $7 you saved your company, and we will enjoy spending or money at Baby Factory which understands customer service.
