  Absolutely f***ing useless. Booked in to have our vehicle appraised, and then when we arrived, we got turned away. No solution, no alternative options, nothing. Exceptionally rude staff as well, who need a serious lesson in customer service.

  Definitely not an "auction house" anymore, trying too hard to be a fancy car dealer. Stay in your lane

  Took my car in for a valuation, they looked at it for about 1 minute and offered 50% of its value, about 35% of its insurance value. Waste of time, not impressed as I drove 50km return for the offer.

  Buying cars from them can be an interesting experience. They are car salesmen, so they do their best to make you pay. To find best bargains go to the auctions otherwise look elsewhere.
