  Just drove two hours to view a vehicle and explained how far I traveled and was a cash buyer, I took the vehicle for a drive. On return was told the vehicle was now sold and If I bought the vehicle prior to the test drive I would own the vehicle. It would have been nice for them to phone me and give me the option to purchase vehicle. What a joke. Nobody explained this to me before test driving the vehicle. Totally uprofessional.

  A decent amount of cars, especially Nissan once. The guys are helpful.

  Shocking customer service. When getting your car valued and very unprofessional. I had my car valued and they had no idea what to value it as.I was told to wait as the guy valuating my car said he had to make a phone call to his manager. As i stood waiting he returned saying they would give me 1000$. Sold my car elsewhere for 8000$ do not be tricked into selling your vehicle by the money grabbing scums.

  Terrible customer experience, I purchased a truck for $8500 and the truck is covered in rust and the tipper doesn't work and will cost me over $9000 to repair. The listing had no mention of these problems & turners won't refund my money so it's going to court.. I've lost so much time and money - very disappointing!!

  I didn't find the car I wanted today (no fault of the company, I'm specific and the one in stock had some problems). However, the staff were nice and in particular, Caleb, who was very helpful. I'd go here again but you do need to know what you are looking for as the car's aren't checked mechanically - though Turner's offer this as an additional option.
