  Time wasted when we got an appointment for an evaluation and the guy comes to us, ask for the keys check the dashboard and comes back in 5 minutes to give us a ridiculous low buying price. (2,8K) No real inspection, no interest in asking about/checking the real inside state and condition of the car. We have added new front tyres and all the filters were brand new, WOF and REGO valid for longer...We checked the prices of the same type of car they sell inside and it was 3 times what they were offering to pay to us. What do you think you are doing with your customers? Ripping off people is not a fair way to make business. Would not even consider passing by in our whole lives. What a waste of our time and energy!!!

  Absolute joke getting the car "valued", the guy essentially walked towards the car, got in, turned it on to check the dash and the steering, didn't care about what I was telling him re: new parts that have been put in, and then comes up with a ballpark figure of 2k when the same car is being sold for 5-6k on literally every other site in Auckland. I could understand if the valuer actually took the time to consider the car's condition and mechanical condition, but don't waste my time if you guys are just going to throw out random numbers in the hopes I am desperate enough to cave to your predatory practices. Everyone, save yourself some time and don't ever buy from or sell to these scumbags.

  This guys are just rip offs. Told me that I have leak in suspension and offered very little price for a really good car. I refused, took my car to mechanics and there is NO leak! You should be ashamed of saying lies! I do not recommend to work with this company! Shame!on trade me my car worth 18k. I was offered 13$ for sell it now and than they decided to say my suspension leaks and car needs servise(somehow it got wof and was serviced just before that lol) , so offered 10k!

  We had a look at a car here, and were pretty set on buying it. We even paid $140 to do the pre-purchase inspection from Vehicle Services NZ. I would definitely recommend anyone to do this, Mark from Vehicle Services was very helpful! Back to Turners though: we spent an insane amount of time just calling turners, trying to get through to people to just even answer our questions. Often left with just "we will call you back". This happened at least 7 times with no one calling us back at all. This is pathetic customer service, after already spending $140. Glad I bought my car somewhere else.

  Just want to say a major thank you for Luke Wilson from Turners. By far the best customer service and on-going support I've seen. Had a little hiccup with a vendor Turners was selling on behalf. Luke made sure he was there to answer my calls and emails whenever he could. He went out of his way to ensure the customer satisfaction. I recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car from Turners, ask for Luke Wilson by name and you'll see a great customer service and a wealth of knowledge.
