  Brought a car from here. Had problems with it immediately, including one that made the car really unsafe. It took months to get the issues resolved. The car dealers were unprofessional to liaise with and initially did not want to solve the problem. We had to get a lawyer involved to get a response from them. I would not buy a car from here again or recommend them to anyone else.

  Cars are overpriced and nlt even worth the money you pay for. Financed a car from them this year. Nothing but problems with the car we got.

  Ok, I would go with 4.5/5 for them. We put a deposit down on the car before we immigrated to NZ (and before the car left Japan). My wife did the paperwork when she got to NZ and we have been using the car daily since. Communications seems like it always has to be pulled, but all and all we are satisfied with them. We did have some issues, but they resolved, so won't hold that against them. I would buy another car from them.
