  EDIT: While Mr Mayor Wayne Guppy was in the foyer warmly greeting visitors, The rest of the time her was a complete shambles...really??does it take 20 minutes just to VOTE for this dysfunctional council because you made an error on your ballot paper?? why dont your receptionists just check your name and your address and hand you a new voting paper rather than send you a person from upstairs who is already preoccupied with other things so to make you wait 20 minutes to even get a voting paper....This doesnt happen at polling booths during a general election, so why is the mayoral/council elections so screwed up?

  Took three weeks to provide a LIM, when the law states 10 working days, because they have no procedures in place to process them when someone is away. An absolute joke Could've cost us a house. Should be called Upper Hutt City Circus. Thanks for nothing.

  Just paid a bs parking ticket! Totally inflexible council, can't believe that they ticket vehicles at the mall when it isn't even open!! Spend the money wisely robbers

  Took 2 mins to register my dog. Nice and quick with friendly counter staff.
