  Great physio. They did wonders for my shoulder. Will try not to land on it again as even though they are a great team they are not quite worth the pain involved

  My ropey old shoulder I never thought would come right is so much better thanks Darren. The difference is huge when a good physio knows whats he's doing!!!

  Darren and his team took great care of me. The time was taken to identify the cause of my pain and put a plan in place. Good follow up helped me stay on track until my arm and shoulder were back to full mobility. Not to mention the lovely space they work in. I cannot recommend more highly.

  Urban athlete is a great physiotherapist. They take time to understand what the problem is, explain the injury (in English) and provide you with a range of exercises to aide recovery. Being sports focused they understand that just resting is difficult for people who are training and provide a number of active recovery solutions. And to top it off they are conveniently located in the city.

  The best physiotherapists I've ever been to. I appreciate that they take the time to explain everything to you, and that they focus on dealing with the root cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. I also really like that they provide you with a list of all the exercises you need to do (I have a terrible memory) with helpful videos and descriptions so you feel more confident that you are doing it right. Their evening seminars are really helpful as well. I would recommend Urban Athlete above anywhere else.
