  In Feb I purchased a Valentines voucher to spoil myself. Voucher included facial and body massage. Karishma was so professional and on point with what needed more attention. For example she offered and said that my shoulders are very tight and could skip the foot massage and concentrate on my shoulders if I wanted. And yes she was right I needed to get those knots sorted. Very accomodating and forthcoming with knowledge. She knows and believes in the products being used.I will definately be back and ask for Karishma.

  I had the best experience at this beautiful salon! My hair colour and cut is just exceptional. Natascha was brilliant and the people there are so friendly and thorough! Incredible customer service and amazing with what they do. Highly recommend!

  I love my new colour. I thought that Sharni did a great job. The staff were helpful & friendly. Nice to see good teamwork.

  Keep in mind while reading these reviews that the 5 star feedback as posted by Beverley K, Lucia, Natalia, and others may be bias. As they are employees. As for my own experience in 2016 - it would be great if this salon was more upfront on their pricing. I booked in for a ladies cut & ruffle dry with a regular stylist. The website stated $45 for this. When I arrive it's now $85. I get that the prices are "from" as it was pointed out to me in a completely different part of the page but that's almost double. I asked why it wasn't $45 (with long straight hair that I wanted a couple of inches off the bottom, no fringe etc, I'm not a hairdresser personally but it seems relatively straightforward) and was told they don't do haircuts for $45. As for the haircut itself, this took all of 10 minutes. Like those cheap salon chains at the mall that get you done & out as soon as possible. Reading the other reviews it seems a common theme that customers are expecting services to be in a certain price range, because the salon gives this impression, but are then getting charged much much more. This is clearly frustrating people, much like myself, where you leave with a feeling of being tricked or a bit ripped off. UPDATE: I see that the salon has updated their prices on their website - this is great. My problem would have still occurred however as I specifically requested an appointment with a lower level stylist and no blow wave/straightening. This was ignored and i was booked in for a haircut with all the extras with a senior stylist. I was charged for all of this, even though i only received a ruffle dry - no extras. Although being more transparent about prices is the first step, if what you request is ignored then it's not any better. I did raise the issue with what i was charged at the time of payment. This did not go well. After being forced to pay for services i didn't even receive i left the salon quite disappointed. I actually returned 15 minutes later to again question the charges. The lady behind the counter was quite condescending and just said that the prices were "from" so they could charge whatever. It's an absolute shame as i used to find this a great place to go, but will not be returning.
