  Great staff. Very accommodating. Food was up there. Coffee was the best we have had in gisborne and we have been here a week .thank you .we know where to come next time

  Great breakfast egg Benedict was lovely. Down fall was the flies everywhere one even flew into my drink as I was drinking it. Tip....... staff should smoke out back. Not a good look.

  Gorgeous bacon benny amazing coffee. But seriously guys you need to do something about the flies! One landed in my mums drink!!gross! ! Maybe eco fly zapper ? Also staff smoking outside not a good look!😕

  Always enjoy weekend lunch at the Verve. Great food, coffee, service and staff.

  Worse breakfast I've had in a long long time! I was there about a week ago and the city was packed because of a music festival in town... the staff was clearly panicking and couldn't handle the pressure of that amount of customers. I ordered eggs on toast - that they charged me $16 for!!!! - and when it arrived I couldn't believe how small it was! ...a single slice of bread and it was tiny!!!! I couldn't wait to leave that place, I felt very uncomfortable. Awful customer service.
