  Friendly service over phone & counter & v.helpful vet. Able to answer all questions from a non vet clinic user. Cat had cut and vet went thru all possible options and chose best option for cat. Cat happy now.

  My dog had an operation at our last vet, and after that, he wouldn't go into the vets, we are new to Rotorua, I explained how my dog was, so when I took him in, the vet came outside and talked to him, gave him a treat, between us we lifted him inside the door, and we got him in and checked out with out a major problem. He will be going back for an operation, so I will be leaving a review on that.

  I had my puppy booked in for surgery the lady told me he wasn't fit for surgery which I knew was she wrong so I went to another vet they said he was completely fine whom arranged to have the surgery done immediately please beware the staff Here they are not trained correctly and they need to be more honest My puppy had is op and is recovering well thanks to the staff at central city
