  This branch looks really big from the outside, however, the inside is very small. Some staff members are quite friendly, some aren't. This branch does have all of the things that you might need for postal related including banking with Kiwi Bank. Parking spaces are very-very limited, and mostly are for courier, trucks, and anything else.

  The worst customer service I've received at a post shop. The old Asian lady at the counter was so freaking rude. I went there to take a photo to verify my Realme identity. She told me to stand in front of the camera at the beginning and then she started shaking her head and told me to face the screen. I was very tired and sick that morning, so I just followed her instruction and all of the sudden she gave the dirty look and pointed at me. I felt very embarrassed and angry as there were literally dozens of customer waiting in the queue. This is not the way to treat the customers. Avoid this post office at all costs!!

  The staff at the post office are nice enough, I have no complaint about them. My complaint is that the delivery from this post office is shoddy at best. Courier drivers make no attempt to check if anyone is home and half the time, don't even leave an "attempted delivery" note. This is a massive source of frustration for everyone in my apartment building. We are home, we ARE waiting for out package. It's getting to the point where I wonder if there's any point in paying for shipping, because I have to drive to the post office to pick it up anyway, and going to the local seller is probably cheaper on gas than paying for a failed delivery system. And just to put the icing on the cake? We have security footage of them rocking up, getting out of their van for all of five seconds and then jumping back in.

  minus 37 stars, worst delivery service on the face of the earth, these guys have made into practice to ONLY deliver when nobody is home and leave a note so you have to do their job and go pick it up, ie they dont ever bother to try deliver, they just leave not in mailbox because they take for granted you not home 11.00 am just as they planned, bloody useless...

  Friendly staff and quick service. Both a bank and a post office with an ATM.
