  Love the Glasses. Fit a lot better.and loved how they adjusted my other pair which were far Too Big for me and still are but will still keep them The lady who did the eye test was professional and helpful . the blonde girl at Receptionist is Helpful and Nice it didn't bother me that she appeared not to have a lot of knowledge but She Was very Approachable Receptionist was Good. . Loved the Fact that three cleaning cloths were provided. .My reason for Giving a 3 star is because when I was told that they don't give 24month Warranty on lenses if eye test is done somewhere else . I nodded and agreed with her. Which I didn't Have any issue with her answer though To be honest I thought she was going to give an Option and ask me if I wanted to get my eye test there. But I had to ask her if I could get my eye test done at their supplier and she was Quite rude and snapped at me stating that well as you can see we are Fully Booked today. I told her I'm not asking for an appointment today . I'm asking if I can Book an Appointment Next Week. She Said is next week ok with You. I said I'm not Complaining :). Just seem like She Jumped to Conclusions. Before actually Asking . she May have Been stressed but Wow. She doesn't know the meaning of being stressed.

  Many thanks to Rose Optomrtrist particularly Jagrut i heard about shift lenses on a radio ad so thought i would give them a try i was wearing x3.5 glasses to see and now can read with no glasses .BUT wait theres more the after sales service has been great with a number of free visits to get them tweaked to just right couldnt be more helpful thank you Kevin Bailey Hamilton

  Incompetent rude front office staff. Their unethical billing department is willing to bill anyone providing last names match, even without that person making an appointment or authorizing the appointment in the first place. Incomprehensible. I'm gobsmacked such a haphazard operation can remain in business. Update: I am not in your database, correct Julie, but your billing department's error negatively impacts my credit when your staff are willing to bill individuals (in this case my spouse who is out of the country) without their authorization or knowledge. How can one person make and attend an appt and then your team bill another party because, as your staff member stated on the phone, the "last names match"? Your staff may be willing to take people at their word, but can you imagine how you would feel if you got billed without knowledge or consent?
