Delicious food, great service, great variety of Mexican food. If you need a caffeine hit, I strongly recommend their Mexican Coffee (has cinnamon).

Brilliant atmosphere, the place is decked out perfectly with a real Mexican feel. The wait staff are on point and very happy to help. Its best to book ahead for weekend or public holidays as this place fills up fast which is not surprising as the meals are divine! If you are not sure what to have, ask and they are great at helping you through the menu to find something you like. Will be back again soon! Oh and if you can't dine in they will do take aways.

Came here on a Saturday night. The meal I was served was horrible. Worst meal I've had out in a long time. My enchiladas were very dry and chewy. Was like eating cardboard with dry mince. My husband's meal was nicer. But still pretty average. Will definitely not be returning! On a nicer note the wait staff seemed nice and friendly.

Divine! I love Mexican food and miss it terribly, so I was so excited to notice this place while in Petone. I immediately planned a birthday trip and wasn't disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is so tasty! It's cozy and the Day of the Dead decor suits. Get a pitcher of Margaritas (I'd suggest on the rocks) - great value and perfect for 2. The desserts fly out, but we only tried the flan- heavenly!

This is the first Mexican restaurant I've been to where the food tasted AUTHENTIC (I'm married to a Mexican who is a great cook.) The menu was varied and not overpriced, and there was a gluten-free and dairy-free option (tacos) which I really enjoyed. The people I went with loved their meals, too. The service was friendly and helpful, the ambiance was cool and the music was perfect. If there was a dessert option that was gluten-free, dairy-free and refined-sugar-free I'd have given them FIVE stars. Can't wait to take the rest of my family there.
