  First time taking my son to a Hairdresser for a cut as we usually whip into a barber, but won't be whipping to the barber anymore now that we have found Donald. Awesome cut, my son loves his "little hair" (a number 1 fade), very relaxed yet professional and made my son very comfortable. I will be sending anyone else I know to see him. Thanks Donald and I'll be booking the other son in😊.

  Wanted a simple blow dry. The guy completely over worked my hair and then got it tangled in the round brush several times, which he then ripped out with a hair clip. Stay away.

  Went to Vivo in the hopes of salvaging my long hair after a botched colour from another salon had left my hair looking and feeling like straw. It was that bad that I had resigned myself to the fact that I could be looking at having to cut most of it off into a bob! Enter 👑Donald👑 my new fav Hair Stylist at Vivo Rotorua who worked his magic, he listened to my concerns, we discussed ideas, he gave me some recommendations & walked me through his plan of action... I went with it as he said he could salvage most of the length & fix the colour & I figured I had nothing to loose. Boy was I glad I listened to 👑Donald👑 cause he was true to his word he salvaged most of the length, fixed the colour & restored my hairs lustre leaving my hair feeling & looking like silk! The end results literally brought me to tears of happiness, what Donald had achieved was nothing short of a miracle! I also like being able to get my eyebrows & lashes tinted whilst waiting for the colour & toner to process by the lovely Beauty Therapist 🌸Danielle🌸. The consultation was attentive & informative, the end results far exceeded my expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! I would highly recommend Vivo Rotorua 😉😊Thank you Donald and Danielle for doing a fabulous job x

  Had an excellent hair stylist, Kyle especially as I've only had my hair done at hairdresser once before. Had my long hair cut for short style, Kyle was very professional, made the whole process enjoyable and very happy with my cut. Going back for ?colour/cut soon. EX Kyle ****

  Had to leave message twice which did get responded to but missed call both times so went in today to book waited 10 minutes in my half hour lunch break to book appointment but seemed too difficult to accomodate me. Shame because I liked the cut and colour I had done before.
