::I cannot say that WR Philips caused our engine to need replacement but their "service and expertise" definitely did nothing to prevent some major issues for us. This, along with some other issues including expensive and dubious repairs at this place is a serious worry for me. I would recommend you re-consider taking your car here... even if it has to be another city for "authorised care".
