::Kia ora Newhaven, Thank you for our stay! Had a great rest, while we could there. Now on our arrival, it was obvious that your cleaning staff had missed a few spots as we found a condom right next to my colleagues bed and the bathroom had a stench of urine that we could not get rid of. Your tenant staying below, was rude and uninviting as she would stare out her window like we did not belong there and it actually became scary. Other than that, had a mediocre stay with Waldorf. Will not be coming back, that is for sure!
