  DO NOT TRUST THEM Had a full service, general tune up and coolant flush done on my car before a big Road trip. Costing me around $1000They told me to do the coolant flush the had to fit a 'h section' as the car should have it. Less than 500k later this failed because it was not a car part, but actually a bodged together set of brass plumbing fixtures. The threaded ends of which tore through all four of the rubber hoses as the engine naturally vibrates and rocks through general driving. As a result I was forced to join the AA at the roadside ($180) to be towed to the nearest garage. The mechanics here said the part should never have been fitted and that it was the most shoddy work they had seen. They also said, luckily for me, that had I driven the car any further without noticing there would be a very high chance of over heating and blowing the head gasket on my car. This garage returned the system to stock ($150) and tested the car. Luckily I spotted the problem in time else the car would have been scrap. On top of all this I had to pay for two nights in a hostel that I did not want or need ($118). Shocking service and damn right liars. Avoid at all costs. Over priced and cheats. I am now down a huge amount of money. Perhaps if you are local you might get better treatment and not be deliberately ripped off.

  Their approach is professional, always patient and doing their best to explain what's happening, upfront and honest. I will not go elsewhere, totally trust them.
