  Whenever I come here staff seem to be scarce or if they are on the shop floor they remain focused on their price checking or shelf refilling. Having helpful staff would make visiting here less frustrating for the time challenged. Some good bargains to be had sometimes..... Well, months after writing this review I had the fortune to come across the lovely helpful Felicity who works here. Wow - my experience of her knowledge and help has taken my review from 3 stars to 5!

  requested an invoice or receipt over the phone.had to physically attend branch with statement details as had lost mine.left details with name and number to call.this was on the 17/10/2017.still no call to date.have tried calling them no answer. had explaination given they had switched to new system and may not be able to provide duplicate copy of invoice/receipt.really in this age of technology that is not acceptable

  Spent good money on a big canvas - they said 7 days and that someone would call me. No-one did - the canvas was late - it was a little frustrating trying to get hold of someone. The manager DID take my complaints seriously and did the right thing - well done - but when I got the canvas home and checked it - it had been knocked about and hadn't even been put together well - ie - there was a big white line down one end where they hadn't centered the canvas on the frame. I coloured it in with a sharpie - as it was supposed to be black. But not good work. I won't ever get a canvas from these people again.

  It's a good store for copies and office supplies. The service is mixed, some staff are good and smiley, others are not very happy to be working there. I had reasonably good service in this store and I find the self-service copy system efficient.

  No matter who i have dealt with the staff have been consistently helpful and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble.....always a great retail experience.
