  Well stocked and well laid out store. The only letdown is the very poor customer service especially at the print desk. There's usually a very long queue here with extremely slow staff. Staff are bit abrupt and not too helpful at times.

  Horrible customer service, I can’t believe I even have to give a star to them. First of all, I requested a printout of a A1 sized photo around 9am. The checkout girl told me to come back at 3pm - which I didn’t mind. I came back after 3pm and my photo hadn’t been printed and was told to wait 10 minutes. Within that time she had printed out my photo and laminated it. Unbelievable, the amount of time they had and still were late to print out my photo. Very upset about this. I made another visit to the Manukau branch on a Monday - I wanted to print out a copy of another photo however they said I would have to pick it up on Wednesday!? I then went to Warehouse stationary in Takanini and they were able to print out my A1 size photo within half an hour. I will not be going back to Warehouse stationary in Manukau. They absolutely suck.

  Good place for affordable and quality shopping. Customer service is really very impressive. Product quality is excellent. And the lowest price guarantee is an address on. Although the prices are already very competitive but the sale is never to be missed. With a lot of variety with a range of different brands. One can be assured to receive a very good deal. After sales customer service is also not bad. It is a must visit place. With a plenty of free customer parking, thus place is very easy approachable. Plus if you get stuck in deciding something, the customer service team member will do his best to assist you. This place is very professional and decent.

  As a local guide it's disappointing to write about the appalling service received on September 19th 2017. I arrived at this store at about 3.45pm to get some photos printed off, as I was due to travel abroad the following morning. My order was small - only a dozen or so photographs. I waited in a line with about 4-5 other customers. At 4.20pm I received my photos to find I had incorrectly cropped two photographs. I corrected these and went to the counter, and it was 4.25pm. There was no one waiting and I handed the order to the person, who said the counter was now closed. I understood the store closed at 5pm which I checked via google prior to visiting there. I explained to the staff it was only 2 photos which I mistakenly cropped, and their response was "well whose fault is that." I asked to speak to the manager who arrived and he supported his staff. He said "they were very busy and they were now closed." I noted the store hours and explained I was catching a flight overseas in the morning. I explained it was only 2 photographs. There were no other customers and it was only 4.30pm. He said it was not his problem. I asked him where his empathy and professionalism was and he didn't respond. He did suggest I drive out to the Airport Warehouse and said they closed at midnight. I did so, and mentioned to the staff there what had happened. The 2 staff there laughed and said "they keep sending people to us. One big order they sent us took us only 4 minutes to complete." Long story short - customer service, common sense and empathy should be a priority for a family orientated/run business or any business for that matter. It was an inconvenience to go out of my way and drive out to the Airport Warehouse simply to get 2 photos printed out, because you decided to close the store early. When your store signs says and your website says you close at 5pm - then could you please be honest about it.
